  • Do you have a cancellation policy?

    If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment.

    Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total. Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will be recorded as a no-show and will be subject to the same fee, and may require a non-refundable deposit before booking future appointments.

  • What if I'm going to be late?

    Arriving to your appointment more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service such as no blow dry or an adjustment to color services and may incur a no-show fee for the necessary service adjustments/cancellations. Some services may also need to be rescheduled entirely. I always do my best to stay on schedule as well and will contact you if I'm a bit behind - I respect your time as well!

  • What is your re-do policy?

    If there are any minor adjustments needed for your haircut or color, let me know within 7 days and I am happy to make them according to my availability. Due to the artistic nature of my services, I do not offer refunds.

    Please note that a re-do is different than changing your mind or not liking what we agreed on a few days later. Although this is a rare situation when we have had a thorough consultation beforehand, this does sometimes happen. If it does, feel free to reach out and we will discuss booking the appropriate services to reach your new desired goal.

  • Can I bring my child or a friend to my appointment?

    Due to the intimate nature of the salon and because I only have one chair available to work from, I am unable to accommodate anyone else besides the person receiving a service.

  • Is there parking available at the salon?

    There is plenty of metered parking available on Boulevard Saint Laurent.

  • What if I'm not exactly sure what service to book?

    If you are not sure which service(s) to book, you are welcome to book an in-person consultation with me! You can also complete the New Client Consultation Form, which will allow me to guide you in which service(s) will best meet your needs.
